Raggos ("we", "us", "our") is building a privacy-first desktop AI assistant. This page explains what information we collect through this waitlist website, why we collect it, and how you can control it. If anything here is unclear, email us at [email protected] — we're happy to explain.

What we collect

When you join our waitlist, we collect:

• Your email address — the one you enter in the signup form.
• Confirmation status and timestamps — whether you've verified your email through our double opt-in process, and when you signed up.

If you accept analytics cookies (see below), we also collect anonymized usage data through Google Analytics, such as pages visited and general device or browser information. We don't collect this unless you opt in.

Our hosting and email delivery providers may incidentally process technical data such as your IP address as part of normal operation — this is standard for any website and isn't something we actively collect or analyze ourselves.

Why we collect it

• To send you a confirmation email and verify you own the address you signed up with (double opt-in).
• To notify you when Raggos launches.
• With your consent, to understand how visitors use this site so we can improve it.

We don't sell your data, and we don't use your email for anything beyond the waitlist.

Legal basis

We process your email address based on your consent, given when you submit the signup form. Analytics cookies are also based on your consent, collected through the cookie banner on this site.

Who we share it with

• Mailgun — sends the confirmation and launch emails on our behalf, via EU-based servers.
• Google Analytics — only if you accept analytics cookies. Google may process data outside the EU under its own terms; see Google's Privacy Policy for details.

We don't share your email with anyone else.

Cookies

This site doesn't set any cookies until you accept them through the cookie banner. If you accept, we use Google Analytics cookies to understand site usage. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the page.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address for as long as the waitlist is active, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. Once Raggos launches, we'll either move confirmed subscribers to our product mailing list — with a clear way to opt out — or delete waitlist data that's no longer needed.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict processing
• Receive your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent at any time

To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. If you're in the EU and believe we haven't handled your data properly, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. We'll update the date at the top whenever we do.
