No. Once installed and your AI model is available, Raggos can work entirely offline. An internet connection is only needed for downloading the application, AI models, updates, or optional online features that may be introduced in the future.
Raggos is designed to work with popular local language models. Support for additional models will continue to expand over time, allowing you to choose the model that best fits your hardware and workflow.
Raggos supports the most common document formats, including PDF, Microsoft Word (.docx), Markdown (.md), and plain text (.txt). Support for additional formats will be added in future updates.

No. Raggos is sold as a one-time purchase. There are no recurring monthly or annual subscription fees required to keep using the version you own.
Every purchase includes a lifetime license for the major version you buy (for example, v1.x), plus one year of free updates. After your update period ends, you can continue using the version you own forever. Upgrading to a future major version will be optional.
